Casualties reported as Kherson comes under Russian fire again
Three people are killed and several others are wounded as Russian shell lands near supermarket in Kherson
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin and the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office report about this.
Law enforcement officers opened a criminal investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"According to the investigation, on March 11, 2023, Russian troops once again attacked the city of Kherson. Three civilians were killed as a result of an enemy shell hit near a supermarket," the prosecutor's office said. According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the attack took place on Mykolaiv highway.
The number of casualties is being clarified, as the shelling continues. The head of the Military Administration reported at least two wounded.

On March 10, the Russian army attacked the Kherson region with 355 shells, damaging private houses and high-rise buildings, leaving 3 dead and 5 wounded.
