By launching drones in Moscow FSB trying to push Russians to join war  – military expert Selezniov

Vladyslav Selezniov, military expert, colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2014-2017, recalled that in 1999 the Russian FSB organized a number of terrorist attacks in Russia

He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.

"Back in 1999, the Russian FSB committed a number of terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation, and this led to the start of the Second Chechen War. It is likely that the FSB is trying to cement the Russian people in such a way so that they actively participate in the so-called special operation. From a technical point of view, it makes no sense to organize the launch of drones towards Moscow to hit houses. I don't see any military logic in such actions. I think that representatives of the General Staff of Ukraine do not see such logic either," Selezniov said.

According to the military expert, it is logical to destroy enemy military targets with the help of UAVs.

"It is necessary to destroy the places of concentration of personnel, armored vehicles, ammunition depots, command posts, control and communication points of the enemy. It is irrational from a military point of view to hit houses. In Moscow, either the FSB was working on residential buildings or local partisans were working there. Because the guerrilla movement in the Russian Federation is beginning to gain momentum. It is likely that there was an action by Russian guerrillas to destroy Putin's regime," Selezniov emphasized.
