Migrant workers move into the houses of Ukrainians who were forced to leave Mariupol under Russian shelling.
“The number of migrant workers is growing in the city almost every day. They come here to 'rebuild' the city captured by Russians. At the same time, almost all of them are representatives of the so-called Russian indigenous peoples – Buryats, Tuvans, and representatives of Caucasian nationalities. Local residents are filming videos that show that women – wives or relatives of the 'newcomers' – have already appeared in the city. Now they are being provided with the surviving housing of Mariupol residents,” the city council wrote.
However, the city council emphasized that the 'guests' would have to go home when Mariupol is liberated.
