It will be recalled that the third round of talks between Ukrainian officials and Russians is scheduled for March 7 at 4 p.m.

The last two rounds of talks have not yielded significant results, except for agreements on further talks. According to Podoliak, negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will be difficult due to the tough positions of the parties.
