The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksii Kuleba, reported this.
It is noted that as of the morning of December 18, there are emergency power outages in the region, and restoration work is underway to implement planned shutdowns.
“As a result of the last massive attack by the Russian Federation in the Kyiv region, the city of Bila Tserkva was the most affected. Electricity has already been restored there, and heating was provided at night,” Oleksii Kuleba said.
He added that emergency shutdowns continue in the Boryspil and Bucha districts due to bad weather.
“Energy engineers are already working on the spot to restore electricity as soon as possible,” the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

On December 16, during an air raid alert in some regions of Ukraine, it was reported about the work of air defense, and the energy infrastructure was damaged in the capital. Because of this, the metro stopped in Kyiv, there was no water supply, and there were emergency power outages.
