Belarusian armed forces prepare for war

The Belarusian Defense Ministry has stated that it plans to prepare the army for the transition from peacetime to wartime.

"Combat readiness classes are held after the next draft and once the new recruits complete the initial military training program. The general direction is to conduct a set of successive exercises with all categories of servicemen, units, military units, formations, military authorities on the organized implementation of measures for the transition from peacetime to wartime," the Belarusian Defense Ministry said.
