Belarus may acquire strategic nuclear weapons
On Friday, April 14, Defense Minister of Belarus Viktor Khrenin confirms that the country may acquire strategic nuclear weapons
The Ministry of Defense of Belarus reported the information.
"We have prepared equipment - these are aircraft that can carry nuclear munitions. We have trained pilots. We have received the most modern Iskander system, which can launch missiles with nuclear warheads," he said.
He also added that next week the Belarusian unit will complete its training and return from training in Russia.
"If necessary, we will acquire strategic nuclear weapons," Khrenin said.
He also assured that Belarus is already preparing existing sites for strategic weapons.
"If such aggressive rhetoric continues, this will be the next step. We can only respond to the threat with force. Unfortunately, the West at the moment understands only the language of forces," he threatened.
