This was reported by the state-run Belarusian news agency BelTA.
According to the propagandists, the agent of the Japanese secret services was collecting information about the socio-political situation in Belarus and the implementation of the China's Belt and Road Initiative.
The agent also allegedly monitored the situation on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, filmed and recorded military infrastructure.
The video, which was posted by the Belarusian media, emphasized that they had caught a “special purpose samurai.”
“My actions can be dangerous for Belarus,” the so-called Japanese spy said.
