Basement of children's camp in Bucha became torture chamber, where the occupiers tortured and killed civilians - Office of General Prosecutor 

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, reports "Espresso.West".

Prosecutors together with Kyiv police found a torture chamber in Bucha. For example, in the basement of one of the children's camps, law enforcement officers found bodies of five men with their hands tied. Soldiers of Russian Armed Forces tortured and killed unarmed civilians.

"Prosecutors and police officers are working at that crime scene. Every effort is being made to establish the circumstances of each war crime and those who were involved to  Russian aggression in order to bring them to justice," statement said.
