Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer announced this.
"Austria takes a clear legal position. One thing is confiscation, another is the use of confiscated assets," the chancellor said.
According to him, this requires some kind of judicial decision.
"Europe is committed to observing the rule of law. The Council of Ministers of Justice is discussing how to resolve the issue," Nehammer added.
