Asian countries refuse to buy Russian military aircrafts
Aviation expert Valeriy Romanenko noted that Asian countries are refusing contracts for the purchase of Russian military aircraft, which are almost constantly undergoing repairs
He said this on Espreso TV channel.
"No one wants to buy Russian civilian aircraft - they are the last generation. Russians produce only one type of civilian aircraft, which is 80% foreign parts. Regarding the situation in the Russian aviation military industry: Russians have developed four aircraft that are offered for export. Su -35 is the latest development of the Russian air defense system, but there are problems with it. Russians delivered 24 aircraft to China, and China is sorry that they are on the ground almost all the time for repairs. Malaysia, Indonesia, and Egypt refused the contracts. Now they want to calm down these Su-35s of Iran in exchange for Shahed drones. Everyone who wanted to buy Su-30s also refused to buy them," Romanenko noted.
According to the expert, in 2022 Russians mobilized the entire military industry.
"They do not have any contract for fifth-generation Su-57 aircraft at all. All these aircraft, except for Su-57, are based on the Su-27 fighter, which is also in our Air Force. From a good Su-34 fighter, Russians created. They mobilized entire military industry, and in 2022 produced as many as 24 aircraft, despite the fact that factories switched to work in three shifts," Romanenko emphasized.
