Another torture chamber has been discovered in liberated Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, where the invading Russian forces abused civilians

This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the investigation, during the occupation of Kupiansk, the Russians set up another torture chamber in the police building. In the semi-basement room, the Russian invaders committed physical and psychological violence against people.
In a cell designed for four people, more than 20 were held. The victims say that they were forced to sleep in shifts because there were not enough places.
Currently, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules and customs of war). The investigation is ongoing, and the victims are being identified.
