Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reported this.
“During the stabilization measures in de-occupied Kherson, SBU and National Police officers discovered another torture chamber of the invading Russian forces,” the press service writes.
It is reported that Russian forces detained local patriots who refused to cooperate with the occupying Russian forces and held them in inhumane conditions.
“The residents of Kherson were interrogated and brutally tortured. During the inspection, law enforcement officers discovered objects that directly indicate signs of torture,” the SBU writes.
Currently, all evidence is being documented in order to identify the culprits and bring them to justice.
