Women of all genders, incomes, and political views share their 'personal opinions' on how Ukraine does not need to liberate Mariupol, Berdyansk, and Crimea. The most disgusting thing is that such posts always appeal to the memory of the fallen. They say that the best did not die for Ukraine to turn into ruins while we continue to resist for a few more years.
"And here I want to ask. What did they die for? So that political scientists could earn a few pieces of silver on their salaries from another "pro-peace' propaganda campaign? So that a couple of politicians could try to win elections after the shameful surrender, the responsibility for which will be entirely on the current government?"
It is noteworthy that this cry for meaning in the lives of the dead began simultaneously with the Russians' hysteria about the threat from the right-bank Kherson region. They are pulling the remnants of their troops into Crimea, preparing for fighting on the peninsula. Meanwhile, Putin is opaquely hinting at negotiations and complaining about the Ukrainian offensive in Kherson.
In my opinion, there is a massive information attack aimed at creating a 'request for defeat' among Ukrainians. Similar theses are being promoted by 'good Russians' and their supporters.
The fact is that it is not only Putin's people who are interested in exchanging Crimea for 'something useful'. These are Western 'pragmatists' with their "Crimea in exchange for NATO," Ukrainian pseudo-patriots who are counting on "Crimea in exchange for personal power," and Russian liberal types who need to preserve Putin's regime in order to fight it hard for the rest of their lives from Western places with Western money. And then there are the evaders who hope to avoid getting into the trenches in this way.
It's a shame to see the likes under these posts from quite sincere and patriotic friends. Don't you realize that our children and grandchildren will pay for everything we don't finish with blood? Look into the eyes of those little Ukrainians who have just started first grade. They are the ones who will die in the trenches near Poltava and Lutsk if we make a mistake now.
