Estonian President Alar Karis stated this at the Halifax International Security Forum in Canada.
"Estonia firmly believes that Ukraine is fully capable of using the help of its Western allies and succeeding in the war. Now we must ensure that Ukraine can maintain this success. It is inappropriate to assume that Ukraine will not be able to move further this winter," he said.
Karis stressed that Finland once won the Winter War, so the Estonian leader called to support Ukrainian troops.
"Therefore, we need to continue providing military assistance to Ukraine and raise the price of this war for Russia," the Estonian leader said.
