According to him, passengers are being evacuated from the subway, and buses are leaving for electric transport routes.
"Due to the power outage in Kharkiv, all electric transport has been stopped. We are evacuating people from the subway. Additional buses have been deployed on electric ground transport routes," Terekhov wrote.
