US negotiate daily with allies on additional Patriots for Ukraine — Sullivan
National Security Advisor to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan said that the United States is communicating daily with its allies on the supply of additional Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine

Sullivan said this during a briefing at the White House, Ukrinform reports.
He stated that one of his daily tasks is to communicate with at least one ally, if not several, regarding the provision of additional Patriot batteries to Ukraine.
The US presidential adviser reminded that one of the allies has already reported “good news” on this issue, but the work continues.
Sullivan also noted that the United States is seeking to provide the Ukrainian military with other air defense systems. According to him, this is “an issue of paramount importance.”

On May 7, Romanian President Klaus Iohannis said that he was open to discussing the supply of the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine.
