Ukraine’s Foreign Minister calls on allies to send training missions to Ukraine to exercise military personnel
Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that allied training missions could be sent to Ukraine to train the military if it is more effective
He said this during a speech at a videoconference of the foreign affairs and defense ministers of the allied countries on supporting Ukraine, reports European Pravda.
Kuleba urged the participants of the meeting to make decisions considering two rules: faster and more.
He emphasized the need to produce and purchase more shells and missiles for Ukraine, and to create opportunities to repair damaged equipment in the country.
"If it is possible to train more Ukrainian soldiers in Ukraine rather than abroad and more effectively, then these are the solutions we need," Kuleba emphasized.
The Foreign Minister emphasized the need to increase the pace of arms production in Europe as soon as possible to meet the needs of Ukraine and European partners.
He called for the removal of all obstacles to the development and cooperation of European defense industries and the allocation of all necessary resources to create new production facilities.
