U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink emphasized the need to provide military assistance to Ukraine as soon as possible after the Russian combined attack on Ukraine on the morning of March 29

She wrote about this on X.

"All night, Russia has ruthlessly launched missiles and drones against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure - now all of Ukraine is under air alert. Russia’s barbaric effort to take the power out for millions of men, women, and children continues unchecked. Our assistance is needed now," Brink emphasized.
