Norway allocates over $53 million to boost Ukraine's air defense
Norway will contribute over $53 million (570 million Norwegian kroner) to the International Fund for Ukraine to help purchase air defense systems and drones for Kyiv

This support will provide Ukraine with additional UAVs for its Armed Forces on the front lines and enhance air defense systems to protect civilians and infrastructure from Russian attacks.
"Ukraine has an urgent need for more military equipment to protect itself against the Russian war of aggression. Together with other countries, Norway will do what we can to contribute," Norwegian Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram said.
The government’s press service also noted that since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, Norway has contributed approximately 160 million euros (1.8 billion Norwegian kroner) to the International Fund for Ukraine.
- Earlier, the Government of Norway allocated $7.4 million for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) programs in Ukraine.
