Norway allocates $7.4 million to support UNICEF's Ukraine programs
The Government of Norway has allocated $7.4 million for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) programs in Ukraine
Ukraine's Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories reported the information.
This increased funding will enable UNICEF to continue providing essential support to Ukrainian children and their families affected by Russia's armed aggression.
The ministry noted that Norway is now the fifth largest financial contributor to UNICEF's humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
"Thanks to this partnership, Ukrainian children and their families receive support in areas such as child protection, education, healthcare, social services, water supply, and sanitation," the ministry added.
