Germany's new military aid package for Ukraine: what's included
On August 19, the German government announced a new military aid package to Ukraine, including the IRIS-T air defense system and Vector drones

The German government's website reported the information.
The new aid package from Germany includes:
- one IRIS-T SLS air defense missile system;
- 14,000 rounds of 155 mm ammunition;
- 10 unmanned surface ships;
- 26 VECTOR reconnaissance drones with spare parts;
- materials for explosive ordnance disposal;
- 6 highly mobile engineering excavators;
- one Bergepanzer 2 armored repair and recovery vehicle with spare parts;
- 55,000 first aid kits;
- 700 MK 556 assault rifles;
- 10 HLR 338 high-precision rifles with ammunition;
- 50 CR 308 rifles.
On July 29, Germany donated another military aid package to Ukraine, which included 8 Leopard tanks, ammunition for Gepards, drones, helmets, and other equipment.
