Ukraine and Hungary agree on consultations to unblock EU talks
Speaking ahead of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on March 17, Kallas emphasized that while the initiative has broad political support, its details still need to be finalized. She noted that defense ministers must determine the format of the aid.
According to sources from European Pravda, the proposal includes military assistance worth €20-40 billion in 2025, covering air defense systems, missiles, ammunition, and training for Ukrainian troops. The initiative also envisions a "coalition of the willing," preventing potential vetoes from certain EU countries.
