The Estonian Foreign Minister reported that Estonia will allocate €10 million to the NATO PURL initiative “to urgently strengthen Ukraine’s defense.”

“As Russia shows no sign of seeking peace — continuing frontline attacks and air terror against Ukrainian cities — Ukraine needs rapid support to protect civilians, hold the line, and move toward peace,” he added.

  • The U.S. has activated a discreet and rapid weapons transfer program, allowing NATO partners to finance American arms for Ukraine while bypassing months of bureaucratic delays and public announcements.
