Dutch F-35s to patrol Polish skies and safeguard Ukraine aid routes

Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans announced the decision on X, stating that the deployment will begin in September as part of a joint mission with Norway, which has also committed fighter aircraft to the region.
"Starting in September, Dutch F-35s, alongside Norwegian jets, will patrol NATO airspace over Poland. This will help keep Russia at bay and ensure the safe passage of aid to Ukraine," Brekelmans said.
