Abrams tanks to dramatically change frontline situation – General Milley
General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has said that the Abrams tanks will dramatically change the situation at the front in Ukraine

Milley said this at a press conference after the Ramstein meeting.
“I may not be too modest, but I think Abrams tanks are the most advanced tanks available today. Of course, as soon as they are involved in combat, we will see how the situation will change dramatically. Unfortunately, no one has taught tankers how to operate this equipment at first. So now our main priority is to train. To train a sufficient number of tank brigades that will use this equipment and develop tactics,” Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley said.

On April 21, during a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format, it was decided that Ukrainians would be trained to operate Abrams tanks in early summer.
