About 200 Russian soldiers, equipment are neutralized in Kherson region - Defense Forces press officer Humenyuk

"In the Kherson region, about 200 Russian personnel, 6 Panzer air defense systems, and Acacia anti-aircraft missile defense systems were destroyed. A lot of equipment and a significant number of personnel fell under the impact and fire of Ukrainian defenders. The remnants of enemy positions have been redeployed and we know where," Humenyuk emphasized.  

Also, she added that Russian forces are reconfiguring air defense equipment in order to inflict damage.

"It's hot in the south. The enemy, having no success in advancing on land, is trying to hit where he can get - these are sneaky strikes from MLRS and anti-aircraft missiles. The occupiers are reorganizing air defense equipment to inflict damage. At dawn, Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv region, Kryvyi Rih were attacked. These strikes are painful to the civilian population," Humenyuk noted.
