July 14 was declared the Day of Mourning for the victims in the city. The State Flag of Ukraine with a black ribbon should be at half-mast on the administrative premises of the city council, executive bodies of the city council, municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations throughout the Vinnytsia city territorial community.
On the day of the anniversary of the tragedy, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration wrote on Telegram: "Pain. Screams. Tears. Black smoke, the smell of burning. And hatred... boundless hatred for those who committed this terrible crime. The day when I saw with my own eyes the terrible face of war... Russian terrorists took 29 lives of a peaceful city. Three children... they will never become adults. More than 200 wounded, scars and crippled souls, forever broken destinies. We remember everyone with pain in our hearts. We will never forgive... We will survive and win, just like the airplane on Victory Square did that day!"
He also posted a video with the moments of last year's Russian terrorist attack.
