$9.5 billion will be needed to restore Kharkiv — City Mayor

At least $9.5 billion will be needed to restore Kharkiv's infrastructure from Russian shelling

This was stated by the mayor of the city Ihor Terekhov.

"Now the shelling continues and it is impossible to decisively calculate all the damages that Kharkiv suffered from the Russian aggressors. In order to restore Kharkiv, we need at least 9.5 billion US dollars," he said.

Ukraine will not be able to find these funds on its own, and after the end of hostilities, we will need the support from Western partners, in particular, the US, says Terekhov.
