According to the UN, as of March 7, 474 civilians were killed in Ukraine after the start of a full-scale war with Russia.

This was reported by the official website of the United Nations.
"From 04:00 on February 24, 2022, when the armed attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine began, to 24:00 on March 7, 2022, we recorded 1,335 civilian casualties in the country: 474 killed and 861 wounded," the UN statement said.
According to UN estimates, 97 men, 54 women, 8 boys, and 4 girls, as well as 17 children and 294 adults whose gender has not yet been determined have died in Ukraine.
In total, as a result of Russia's military aggression in Ukraine, there are 861 wounded citizens - 76 men, 55 women, 11 girls, and 3 boys, as well as 30 children and 686 adults, whose gender is still unknown.
