The mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, announced this.
According to him, after the morning attacks and damage to infrastructure facilities, utility workers have already managed to restore the operation of most boiler houses. In turn, the water supply system of the capital works normally.
On the night of December 19, the enemy attacked Kyiv and the region with Shahed drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down 18 drones, but there are hits on critical infrastructure facilities.
As of 11:00 a.m. Monday, there are emergency power outages in Ukraine's energy system in Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Kyiv regions.
