As of the morning of October 11, there are 19 killed and 105 injured people due to the massive Russian shelling of Ukraine on October 10.
The State Emergency Service reports in a telegram.
"Yesterday, as a result of shelling, objects of critical and civil infrastructure were hit in 12 regions and the city of Kyiv, where more than 30 fires broke out, which were extinguished by the forces of the State Emergency Service" - the message says.
According to preliminary data, as of 07:00 a.m. on October 11, 19 people died, 105 more were injured.
301 settlements in Kyiv, Lviv, Sumy, Ternopil, and Khmelnytsky regions remain without power.
To ensure electricity supply, 22 power plants were involved, including 15 for health care facilities in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, as well as 7 power plants for critical infrastructure facilities.
According to energy experts, power supply has been restored to 3,571 settlements in Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Lviv, Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi regions.
More than 1,000 people and about 120 units of emergency services equipment were involved in extinguishing fires and emergency rescue operations.
On October 10, Russian occupying forces shelled Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and other regions. As of 22:00, there are 14 deaths. Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, showed the scheme of Russian missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
