Human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets announced this on Facebook.
"In connection with the full-scale armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine, 15,000 people have gone missing. Just imagine: the fate of thousands of people is unknown. Some of them may not be among the living anymore. Their relatives are all looking for them, and the families are suffering endlessly from the uncertainty. Relatives are waiting for good news. They are waiting with hope in their hearts," he wrote.
