Zhevago claims he didn't bribe Supreme Court judges: official letter to NABU, SAPO

Kostyantyn Zhevago has nothing to do with the illegal actions being investigated by law enforcement agencies in the corruption case at Ukraine's Supreme Court of Ukraine

This is stated in an official letter sent by the businessman to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. A copy of the document was distributed by the businessman's press service.

The letter claims that the information about the undue benefit that the Supreme Court judges could have received on behalf of Zhevago is not true. The businessman informed the NABU and the SAPO that he was ready to cooperate with the investigation in this case in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code and international agreements. “Yes, I am ready to fully cooperate with the investigation and the prosecutor's office. I am ready to take part in all investigative and procedural actions, provide explanations and testimony,” Zhevago emphasized.

He also informed the law enforcement agencies that he currently resides in France, but is ready to participate in the proceedings in accordance with international agreements. In particular, Zhevago agreed to participate in investigative actions on the territory of the Ukrainian embassy in France.
