Zelenskyy is yet to approve final plans for counteroffensive – Ukraine security chief
National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that the final plans for the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not yet been approved
Danilov said this on the air of the national telethon, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"The final decision on the terms and directions of the counteroffensive will be made in the office of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the President of our country. Even if someone from respectable institutions in the West talks about it, believe me, there are no people who know our plans precisely. The final plans have not yet been approved," stated Oleksiy Danilov.
According to Danilov, the military leadership of Ukraine is currently exploring several options for a counteroffensive. "All these options are being considered, and decisions will be made based on the circumstances at the time. We don't need to wait or hesitate. We have already proven ourselves to be an invincible nation, and we will surely do it again. Thanks to our partners, in particular," Danilov added in his statement.
