Zelenskyy discusses next round of Peace Formula talks with Erdogan
Turkey will participate in the next round of negotiations on the Peace Formula and express its authoritative voice and position
This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"During a conversation with President Recep Erdogan, I expressed my gratitude to Turkey for its continued support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity," he wrote.
Zelenskyy said that during the conversation with Erdogan, they discussed the next round of negotiations on the Peace Formula to be held in Malta and concluded that Turkey would participate in the talks, where it would express its authoritative voice and position.
The leaders also discussed food security. Zelenskyy stressed that despite Russia's disruption of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Ukraine remains committed to its important role as a guarantor of global food security and ensures the operation of the Black Sea grain corridor.
The Presidents also discussed the situation in the Middle East and agreed on a common vision of the need to ensure the protection of civilians and respect for humanitarian law.
