Zelenskyy creates council on de-occupation of Crimea, approved its staff

On Thursday, May 18, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the staff of the Advisory Council on De-occupation and Reintegration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol

This is stated in President Zelenskyy's decree, which is published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 283/2023 amended the Regulations on the Advisory Council on De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, which was approved in August last year.

The decree also approved the staff of the Advisory Council. President Zelenskyy became its chairman. Tamila Tasheva, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, was appointed Secretary of the Council. In addition to him, the list includes the following persons:

Representatives of the Presidential Office

MPs

Representatives of the power bloc

Representatives of organizations

Officials

On May 18, Ukraine commemorated the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Crimean Tatar Genocide.
