On Friday, April 7, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced new sanctions against persons working for Russian aggression

Zelenskyy announced this in an evening video address.
"The National Security and Defense Council apparatus, together with the Government, together with the ministries, is preparing a new powerful sanctions list of people working for aggression – they will be blocked," the President of Ukraine said in a statement.
