Zelenskyy announces main priority of Ukraine after victory over Russia
Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers that after the victory the main priority not only for Ukraine but also for the rest of the countries will be security.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said this in an interview with Czech television.
"After this war, everyone will be especially objective about security. I believe that security will be the number one priority. We will break Russia on our land, but that does not mean that it will not return in 10-20 years. I want to believe that they (Russians, - ed.) will change their attitude to the world and to their society," Zelenskyy said.
He noted that Ukrainians must protect themselves at the borders, in the air, on land and on water. The head of state said that he offered the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic to create defense relations between the countries. This, he said, will help create a reliable defense system for future generations.
The former special representative of the US State Department for Ukraine and the permanent representative of the US to NATO in 2008-2009, Kurt Volker, said that the only end of the Russian-Ukrainian war is the undisputed defeat of Russia.
