The relevant decrees are published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
"Release Hryhorii Anatoliyovych Halahan from the position of commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", it is stated in Decree №530.
By the following Decree, №531, Zelenskyy appointed Viktor Khorenko as the commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"To appoint Viktor Oleksandrovych Khorenko as the commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", it is stated in the document.
Major General Hryhorii Halahan was the commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from August 25, 2020.
