Zelensky justifies dismissal of senior military officer

Volodymyr Zelensky announced this in his evening video message.
"Combat General Viktor Khorenko has been appointed as the new commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. And General Hryhoriy Galagan has been transferred to another direction and, with the aim of updating the Security Service, has been appointed the first deputy head of the A Special Operations Center of the Security Service," the message reads.
