Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant miraculously did not blow up - Podolyak on Russian shelling
Adviser to the Ukrainian Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, has reacted to the false-flag operations carried out yesterday (August 5) by the occupying Russian forces on the territory of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, saying it was a miracle that global catastrophe was avoided
He tweeted about it.
"This Saturday morning in many European cities became possible because the Zaporizhia NPP miraculously did not blow up yesterday. Russia seized the plant and is staging dangerous provocations. The IAEA/UN should strictly demand that the Russians withdraw from the NPP and hand it over to the control of a special commission." - wrote Podolyak.
Reference. Yesterday, August 5, the Russian military shelled the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. The projectiles were aimed at the Zaporizhzhya NPP. Russian enemy hit the high-voltage line of the 330 kV VRP autotransformer of the Zaporizhzhya TPP. Also, there was shelling right on the site of the station, near one of the power units where the nuclear reactor is located. Russian forces seriously damaged the nitrogen-oxygen station and the combined auxiliary building.
