Reuters reports.
At the same time, Zakharova said that Zelenskyy "cannot rely on Western partners" and that the Plan would allegedly lead to a catastrophe for the Ukrainian people.
"It (the Victory Plan - ed.) pushes NATO to a direct conflict with our country... I can just tell Zelenskyy if he doesn't know... The Kyiv regime's partners have already demonstrated how they see Ukraine in the security architecture: they see Ukraine in a coffin and Ukrainian citizens in a grave," the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman commented.
On October 16, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared the details of the five points of the Victory Plan in the parliament.
