Transnistria: Where there is a trace of Russia, there is war

Russia's lack of action in response to the "MPs’ appeal" will only emphasize its weakness

Putin's Transnistrians have decided to scare the world with a new war. They say that if you don't return us the "preferential" regime, when the "economy" of the separatist region was almost entirely working “in the shade”, we will start a new war here. After the outbreak of a large-scale war in Ukraine, Moldova began to force local "businessmen" to pay the same taxes as the rest of the country, and, of course, they did not like it.

The Kremlin is definitely interested in escalating the conflict, as it wants to tell Russians another story about Putin's "collector of Russian lands" on the eve of the so-called "elections." However, this is only until the elections.

Because no one can explain how Putin can "protect" a separatist region that is safely removed from Russia right now. And Russia's lack of action in response to the "MPs’ appeal" will only emphasize its weakness.

Instead of blackmailing, the Transnistrian "MPs" will once again remind the world that where there is a trace of Russia, a new war can break out at any time. That is why any pro-Russian enclave must be eliminated. And the sooner the better.
