The second round of presidential elections in Slovakia were held on Saturday, April 6, with Peter Pellegrini emerging as the victor

Parliament Speaker Peter Pellegrini, backed by the pro-Russian coalition led by Robert Fico, faced off against former Foreign Minister Ivan Korčok for the presidency.
Polling stations were open from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Dennikn reports that Peter Pellegrini secured over 53% of the votes, prompting Ivan Korčok to concede defeat and express disappointment with the outcome.
