Russian dictator Vladimir Putin visited Pyongyang earlier this year to sign a defense agreement with his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un.
According to the publication, since then, the Kremlin has become dependent on weapons from North Korea, as it needs to support its offensive in eastern Ukraine.
Despite the fact that many of the shells are considered defective, it was their number that allowed the Russian Federation to achieve steady progress and capture the city of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region.
- Recently, Kim Yo Jong, a member of the North Korean State Council, said that her country considers providing military assistance to Ukraine a "big mistake" and "playing with fire" against Russia as a nuclear power.
