Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says at a meeting of the European Council, most of the allies who commented on the Victory Plan supported it

The President said this at a press conference following his participation in a meeting of the European Council.
“Today we had very productive conversations with all members of the European Union, with all our colleagues. 18 of them commented on the Victory Plan. I am very grateful that I had a closed part of the conversation with my allies,” Zelenskyy said.
He said that most of those who spoke “were fully on the side of supporting the Victory Plan.” The President also noted that he was “glad that they heard some details from me, and glad that our teams will work further.”
On Thursday, October 17, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan at a meeting of the European Council.
