Nausėda announced his arrival in Kyiv via the social media platform X.

"Just arrived in Kyiv. Good to return and meet my dear friend Volodymyr Zelenskyy in solidarity with Ukraine," Nausėda wrote.

He further stressed the importance of continued military and economic aid for Ukraine in protecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa also landed in Ukraine on the same day. According to a statement from the Latvian government, her visit will extend until September 13.

As part of her trip, Siliņa will meet with Ukrainian officials and participate in discussions about future military, political, humanitarian, and financial support for Ukraine, as well as the nation's progress toward EU and NATO membership.

Siliņa also shared a video from Kyiv's train station on X.

"Morning in Kyiv. Latvia will stand with the Ukrainian people until their victory and will always support Ukraine on its path to the EU and NATO! Glory to Ukraine!" she wrote.

In addition, the head of the Czech Senate, Miloš Vystrčil arrived in Ukraine today. He posted a photo from the Kyiv railway station on his X page and noted that he had come to Kyiv for the Crimean Platform summit.

“In August 2021, at the inaugural summit of the platform, I said that the annexation of Crimea cannot be analogous to our Munich 'about us without us', I was representing the Czech Republic at the time and emphasized that we must stand up for Ukraine,” he said.

He also noted that the events after the occupation of Crimea show that “if our support is not enough, Russia will not stop.”

“And we must also keep in mind that peace talks cannot take place without Ukraine's participation, and the results of the negotiations must be acceptable to Ukraine,” the Czech politician emphasized.

Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković became another guest of the Ukrainian capital today. According to HRT Vijesti, he will meet with President Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk, and other Ukrainian officials in Kyiv.

Plenković was accompanied by Croatian Minister of Science and Education Radovan Fuсhs, Minister of Justice and Digital Transformation Damir Habijan, and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman.

The Croatian Prime Minister will also take part in the Crimean Platform Summit with his delegation.
