Graivoron authorities in Russian Belgorod urge for residents evacuation

Head of the district Gennady Bondarev said this, the Russian service of Radio Liberty reports.

According to him, the situation in the settlement remains tense.

 "I urge you to make the right decision and temporarily leave the border territories," he addressed the residents and promised to organize the departure of volunteers.

He emphasized that the residents of the Graivoron district are ready to be accommodated in the Yaroslavl region. However, he noted that the authorities are calling for evacuation only for residents of border settlements.
