French director Gaspard Noé, author of the controversial films Irreversibility and Love, arrived in Moscow for a festive event with Russians
The Telegram channel of the Russian magazine Moskvichka reported the information.
French and Argentine film director and screenwriter Gaspard Noé, known for his films Love, Irreversibility, and Ecstasy, became a guest of the Russians at a "cultural evening" in Moscow. He came to the aggressor country to take part in a private event organized for the Russian glossy Moskvichka and the Arthouse film distribution and production company.
The Russians posted a photo of Noe posing with a Polaroid camera he had been given on Red Square.

"We continue to change the cultural field of the country and show the country's openness to the world," Moskvichka commented in the publication.
The Russians also posted a video from a nightclub in Moscow, where the director dances to Shura's song.
On social network X, the United24 fundraising platform reacted to the director's visit to Moscow.
"The organizer of the evening says that Noe's visit shows that 'Russia is loved abroad,'" United24 commented.
Ukrainian distributor Arthouse Traffic also commented on the news, labeling the photo of the director on the main square in Moscow as sensitive content.
The director himself did not report his visit to Russia on social media.
